Amy Sandler launched Inspire Meditation after decades of research, first-hand experience, profound transformation...and a trail of french fries in her wake.
Amy first learned meditation while a freshman at Harvard College and picked it up again at Harvard Business School in the mid-90s. While her classmates were getting jobs (and stock options) in something called “the internet,” Amy moved to LA – and, like any self-respecting Angeleno – got an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA and deepened her practice of yoga and meditation.
With more than 20 years in senior roles in organizations including Vistage, YPO and UCLA, Amy is a certified breathwork meditation teacher via her mentor David Elliott, five-time firewalker and certified teacher of the Search Inside Yourself program developed at Google.
Amy travels around the world training executives and teams in mindfulness, emotional intelligence and Radical Candor, where she serves as CMO. She teaches at Unplug Meditation when she's home in Los Angeles.
